I have a week of vacation from my job at the school so I thought that I would try to fix my website to make it easier for me to put on pictures and blogs and videos of our wonderful son. we are doing well here in Trieste but we find ourselves often very busy. If there is a subject of prayer that we would like to ask you all to pray for it would be that we manage our time well.

I have finished, after two years, our study from the gospel of John and I have begun a study on prayer looking at each part of the Lord's prayer. I was blessed looking into how important it is that we realize that we have an intimate and personal Father who also is powerful and sovereign and reigns in heaven. I often find myself forgetting to who I am actually praying.  Thursday nights we are continuing looking through James' letter. we looked at how important wisdom is and how different it is from the wisdom of the world.

Barbara has about 3 months left in her studies to get her teaching certificate. She already got a Masters degree before we married but has been attending afternoon classes that last year and a half to get a teaching certificate. She is hoping to get into the public school system as this opens up a lot of doors to meet new people as well as possibly free me up some financially to spend more time in the ministry.

Simone continues to grow and make us laugh. He is quite the communicator and has a great sense of humor. He is a little hyper, but must have gotten this from his mother :)  He is spending 4 days at the grandparents.

My seminary classes are going slowly but they are going. I am in the middle of my second theology class studying Cristology. It is fascinating and obviously very important. Thanks for all your support and prayers.
